Summary of rates
Group retreats and workshops : £580 or €650 (incl. airport transfers)
Student rate (bona fide counselling courses) : £450 or €495 (incl. airport transfers)
Extra nights at group retreats : £75 or €85 (student £65 or €75)
 

Therapeutic stay/individual retreat fully catered (private bathroom) per night  :  £155 or €175

Therapeutic stay/couple retreat fully catered (private bathroom) per night  :  £195 or €220
Transfers (individual/couple, payable in euros) each way: from Toulouse or Carcassonne airports €35; from Pamiers station €15

Counselling face-to-face or online (per session of one hour)  :  £40 or €45
Supervision (per session of one and a half hours)  :  £50 or €55

25% deposit is payable with your booking by bank transfer or PayPal (4.5% surcharge for PayPal)

Balance is payable before arrival or on arrival if you are paying by cash in euros

We have never cancelled a booking or a retreat and would not do so except in a case of absolute necessity. If that should ever happen we would immediately refund by bank transfer all monies paid to us, but we do not undertake to recompense travel costs.  It is your responsibility to be adequately insured against cancellation.
